Our Short ribs are an exceptionally flavorful cut from the lower portion of the Rib (into the Plate) that are typically either sliced very thinly (Korean style short ribs) for marinating & grilling, or are slow-cooked (braised, smoked or roasted) until tender.
Bone-in short ribs can be used in recipes calling for boneless short ribs, and will provide additional gelatin and flavor to the braising liquid through the cut ends of the bones. ❤️

How to order 1. Kindly place orders at least 3 days in advance. 2. Delivery time are available Monday to Friday 10am – 8pm. 3. Please be at home and ready to collect your products, Our friendly delivery drivers will contact you to arrange for the items to be placed outside your house, should you be unavailable. 4. Please chat with us should you prefer to opt for self collection at our store. 5. Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds/returns are strictly not provided after collection/delivery.
